Position Overview

Compensation: $13/hour depending on experience

Work Location: The Garden at Ellera || 12432 Bee Caves Rd, Bee Cave, TX 78738

Working days: Monday - Sunday, Day/Night shifts available

The Garden at Ellera is truly a space to experience community in a beautiful outdoor setting! Come spend time among the lush greenery while enjoying craft beers, a full bar and New England bites in a space inspired by The Boston Public Gardens. What were looking for:

* Restaurant experience preferred

* Registered Food Handlers Certificate is required

* Valid TABC Certificate is required

* Must bring positivity with you to all shifts

* Outstanding people skills

* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests and ensure mutual satisfaction

* Introduce our menus and describe different dishes and drinks

* Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner

* Handle complaints with patience and grace

* Must work well in team environment

* Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards

* Collaborate closely with other staff members

* Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts

* Must be punctual, self-motivated, and prepared for shifts

* Must have reliable source of transportation to and from shifts

* Ability to be productive and effective in both busy and slow times

* Ability to be on feet for long periods of time

* Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms, hair, shoes, and cleanliness

* Ability to work well under intense time pressure

* Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments
